I would recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a relaxing break. The welcome we had was so friendly and there was a welcome card and a lovely homemade cake to greet us. (little things mean a lot) The cottage had all you need and was excellent for a winter break. A real home from home and a getaway from it all break.

Made most welcome with a homemade cake, card to welcome us with milk in the fridge and tv guide. Everyone knows that the first thing you want is the kettle on. The cottage was like home from home, house swap which made the holiday that more relaxing. Will remember this hoilday for all the home comforts that was provided. Recommend and in easy reach to Boston and Skegness.

It was a secluded property and the facilities were like a home from home. It was also very adequate for my disabled daughter giving room to manoevre a wheelchair about.
